It's time to say goodbye to my Oylmpus M720SW and say Hello to my new Sony DSC W170!!! Hope to take more nice pictures with my new camera. =)

Went to Comex for the 3rd time today with Kang Jie, Wei Xiong, Wei Wen and Bing Chao. Today is the last day!! The place is even more crowded then ever. I have to queue for so long when I bought this camera. Saw Rachel working but didn't went to find her because the place is too cramp. She is busy anyway.

Bought a external hard disk too and something else. $499 for the camera and $109 for the hard disk. Really got to stop spending so much. Got to save some. I've already spent too much this year at the hospital already. Don't want to waste my parents money anymore. Feel so guilty. Friends please stop me when you see me splashing cash unnecessary.

Dinner under the Fountain of Wealth, Imperial Treasure. Eunice and Hui Juan came and have dinner with us too. They just completed their road run by cheating. Lol... Ordered a hot and spicy ramen and it taste really nice. =) Had a nice long talk with them and parted after dinner.

Went to Vivo City for the movie 'WallE', the stupid robot show. Tickets are from Yan Ying and its free!! I won't pay to watch that stupid movie. =X I was damn right when I say it is a stupid movie. It is totally for kids. I almost fell asleep when I am watching the movie. Wei Wen fell asleep!! Didn't know if Bing Chao fell asleep or not cause his eyes will never close. But Kang Jie enjoy the movie really much and it is his 2nd time watching it.

Overall for that movie, STUPID. I didn't know that robots will have feeling and fall in love. See, this sentence sound stupid enough. Haha... Kids rating, maybe a 5 stars?? But my rating, 1 star.

Train home after movie. Check out my camera the 1st thing I reach home. I think I have bought the right camera this time. Hope it don't give me too much trouble. =)

Not forgetting, 31 August. Happy Birthday Hilarie. May all your wish comes true. =)

Comex...
Saturday, August 30, 2008

I am so tired and broke now. Just got home and going to sleep real soon. Good thing is that I don't have to wake up early tomorrow.

Back to Singapore General Hospital with my mum yesterday to see my doctor. The 10k medication is working pretty well for me the pass 4 weeks but those weird pop ups on my body is coming back again when I stop taking it for a just few days. Check my stats with my doctor. There is no side effects on me so I can continue taking my 10k pills once again.

Went to Suntec meet up with Hilarie for COMEX. While waiting for her, went to find Cheralyn at her shop and saw Fiona there too. At the Comex, it's so crowded there. Can see so many people walking in and out of the convection hall. I was looking for a digital camera but didn't have any idea what camera is suitable for me. Went to stalls like Canon, Sony, Nikon etc. After so much consideration, I think I am going to get the Sony one. It's stylish and I think it suits me.

Didn't know where to go after Comex. Walk a few rounds at Suntec until I'm hungry. Had our dinner at City Link, New York New York. Decided to watch a movie after our dinner. Bought tickets for the movie 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall'. Went to Gloria Jean and chilled there while waiting.

The movie was great. Pretty good comedy. Some funny shit. Haha... Did I watch the movie with the watch the movie with the wrong person? Lol... Miss our last train so we cab home.

Today!! Was the celebration of Teachers' Day. HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!! Meet up with old friends back at Nvss once again. The place where we got so many memories to share and the place that turn us from strangers to best friends. Greeted some of my teachers too. Got to thanks them if not I won't be who I am right now. And not forgetting Mr Michael!! He is my favorite of all time. =)

Support the concert put up by the students at the hall. Performance was horrible but the price giving part was good. The teachers show us some of their naughty side too when they play the musical chair. Lol... That was the funniest part. And out of a sudden, the whole hall started shaking and some of us even thought it was an earthquake but it is actually the construction beside. Lol...

Stay in school for a little while longer after the concert. Went to have lunch at Buangkok with James, Chen Yong and Daniel and off to SGH to take my 10k medication. Went to Suntec, Comex once again with them and Cheryl. Just walking around to see whats going on there. Walk around Marina Square too and saw some friends dating. Lol... How lovely. Haha...

Had nothing else to do so say goodbye to Cheryl and went to play Lan at Park Way. Spend so much time and money owning people's ass. Lol... Went home very late. So tired...

CHINA EARTHQUAKE STRIPS

Hello. This is Coco Wang.

As you know the breaking news of 5.12 Earthquake in China, almost all the TV channels in China are broadcasting 24 hours non-stop of every development and stories of all the rescue operations in all damaged locations.

I don't know how much information the BBC or any UK media received from us, I imagine the UK audiences were presented with the major developments of the incident, but you are probably unaware of many important and inside details which are only known to people inside China.

The amount of incredibly moving stories of victims, rescuers, and volunteers is simply shocking at the moment. I have been collecting newspapers of all the stories, and telling them in the form of comic strips. I hope these stories could show the UK readers the love, warmth and courage of the Chinese people, also the sad and cruel reality of the horrible 5.12 Earthquake.

I am back home in Beijing now. Thousands of heart-breaking stories are happening 24 hours non-stop everyday, some are so sad that you can hardly bear, some are incredibly moving that you just can't stop crying... I wanted to go to the front to help with all those people, some of my friends have already gone there, but I heard that the traffic needed to be kept totally clear for rescue transportation at the moment, people like me without knowledge of first-aid and experience of rescue operations going there now would cause choas and trouble... but I can't just sit at home and do nothing, I have been crying my eyes out in the past three days, I have never felt more proud of my country and people... their love, courage and kindness rock me to my core! I have decided to tell these touching stories by drawing comics. I am going to send you comic strips almost everyday from now on, I hope you could know something about the earthquake in China, although you don't have to do anything, but I hope you could feel our love and hope.

Thank you all so much.

Coco Wang

Sj, Xy birthday celebration...
Saturday, August 23, 2008

WOW!! I am 'wowing' at the car, not the model. Nissan GTR. Gosh... This is every guy dream car. Girls, if you got the cash, buy him the model of this car and he will fall in love with you. But don't ever buy him the real car. Cause he will fall in love with the car instead of you. Lol...

Saw this wonderful car display at Suntec. Went to Suntec straight after my radio therapy. I was there early so decided to shop around Suntec to look for a simple present for Shu Juan and Xin Yi. Didn't really know what to buy. Had a hard time looking for 1.

Finally went to this shop and surprisingly saw Cheralyn working there and she gave me some advice. I know she is working at Suntec but didn't know that she is working at the stall. Lol... Bought the present and went to buy 4D and finally head down to New York New York to meet up with them.

Got to wait for quite long until everyone arrived. This is my 1st time eating at New York New York. Prices there are very reasonable and their food is good. =) Oh.. And there services there was excellent too. I really like their service. The staffs there are really friendly. =) Will be back there again.

Bring out the cake, sing the birthday song and eat the cake!! Haha... Photo taking after that. Was fun though. I enjoy myself there. We only have this kind of gathering like once a month or two. Had lots of catching up to do. But everyone will always turn up and we enjoy ourselves every time. =)

Here comes the headache part again. Had to decide where to go next after that. Guys went to Hougang plaza for Lan as usual. Don't know where the girls went to. Home maybe? Have fun at the Lan and home at mid night. Going out for dinner with Wei Wen and Co. tomorrow.

Photos to be uploaded.

Nice to see you precious... =)

Happy Birthday, Shu Juan!!!
Friday, August 22, 2008

Happy Birthday Shu Juan!!! May all your wish comes true. =) Xin Yi birthday will be coming soon. Hope tomorrow's birthday celebration will be a blast. =)

Went to SGH again for yet another therapy section. Meet Wei Xiong, Kang Jie and Bing Chao at Seng Kang Community Center after my therapy. They were studying and I was there to disturb them. Lol... A late dinner at Compass Point, Pizza Hut. We had a hard time looking for a place to eat actually. Home sweet home after dinner.

I'm so into Michael Buble songs recently. Haha... That's random but don't know why I keep listening to his song. He got a nice voice. Some say his voice is so smooth that he can put you to sleep, some say his voice can make you fall in love with him while I say his voice brings in a whole new level of singing. More Jazz song from Michael Buble please. =)

Oh yes. That Indian guy working at the stall of Kang Kar Lrt station was a very nice and friendly guy. Meet him in the Lrt when going to SGH. Had a talk with him and tell him about my condition. He himself is in a bad condition too and just so I know, he only got 1 leg and he can still run!! He gave me some helpful advice asking me to stay strong. Really have to thanks him there. He is a nice guy. =)

Lots of things happen to me today. Some misunderstanding and argument to be settle. All turn out to be fine in the end. Uncleared things from the past are settle too. Something kept for so long was finally cleared from my chest. Was quite a happy day for me to say the least. =) Life is unexpected. You will never know what is going to happen to you next.
